• Managed all hotel room, suites, common areas, and retail spaces within hotel and casino; service delivery scope included: interior fit-up, installation and placement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (Inclusive of significant on-site fabrication and site modification.)

- MGM National Harbor, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International, opened a 1.4 billion dollar Las Vegas-style casino in National Harbor just south of Washington DC on December 8, 2016. The resort casino is located in Prince George’s County, Maryland in a waterfront development along the Potomac River. The Theater at MGM National Harbor features live performances by an incredible lineup of entertainers including Bruno Mars, Boyz II Men, Cher, Duran Duran, Lionel Richie, Ricky Martin, Sting.
- The brand new MGM National Harbor casino is a luxurious venus located only 25 minutes from Washington DC. It benefits from a very nice location on the shores of the Potomac River. Within the complex, a huge 125,000 square feet casino features an attractive gaming offer. Not less than 3,100 slot machines are provided in the gaming room.

The 1 million sq. ft. resort features a 24-story hotel, a casino with 3,600 slot machines, 160 gaming tables, a 3,000-seat theater, 55,000 branded retail stores, 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a 4,700-space parking garage and numerous restaurants from local and national chefs.
